The inspiration behind our robust wine program stems from our elegant wines—Felice Chardonnay, Sangiovese, and Rosato —which are produced at the organic vineyard, Fattoria Sardi, in the Tuscan countryside. From there, we carefully curated a distinguished collection of varietals and blends that highlight Italy’s biodiversity and complement our menu’s rich flavors.
